Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Inddex portal ("inddex.com.br"), operated by INDDEX SISTEMAS DE GESTÃO INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.) ("we", "our" or "Inddex"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform. Continued use of Inddex after changes are published constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Description of the Service

Inddex is a portal for consulting registration data of legal entities registered with the Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB, the Brazilian federal tax authority). The services include:

• •Free queries: access to basic company registration data (CNPJ, corporate name, registration status, main CNAE, address, state, municipality, company size and tax regime).
• •Advanced search: search by corporate name, trade name, CNAE, location and registration status.
• •Inddex Radar: intelligent search with natural language processing.
• •Premium services (when available): access to complementary data such as phone numbers, email, share capital, ownership structure and secondary CNAEs, upon purchase of credits.

3. Origin and Nature of the Data

All business data displayed on Inddex comes exclusively from the public Open Data base of the Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), made available under the Brazilian Access to Information Act (Lei nº 12.527/2011) and the Brazilian Federal Government Open Data Policy.

Important: the data is updated periodically as new datasets are published by the RFB. Inddex does not guarantee that the information is real-time or reflects the most recent registration status of a company. For official queries, we recommend checking directly on the Receita Federal portal.

No commercial relationship with the listed companies: Inddex presents public data consolidated from official sources. Pages describing specific companies are purely informational and do not establish any commercial, fiduciary, financial or service relationship between the user and the listed companies. Inddex does not process payments on behalf of third parties, does not operate banking or PIX services (the Brazilian instant payment system), is not a betting house, does not sell products or services of third-party companies and is not responsible for transactions carried out by the user with any company in our database. Complaints about payments, deliveries, charges or services must be addressed directly to the company through its official channels. Suspected fraud should be handled with the user's financial institution (triggering the Brazilian Central Bank's MED mechanism, if applicable) and, where appropriate, reported to the police (online police station).

4. User Registration

• a)Registration is optional for basic queries and required for premium features.
• b)You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.
• c)You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• d)Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• e)We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Inddex for:

• •Individual queries of company registration data for lawful purposes.
• •Verification of the registration status of business partners (due diligence).
• •Market research and competitive intelligence.
• •Generation of sales leads within the limits of applicable law.

6. Prohibited Use

It is expressly prohibited:

• •Scraping and bulk extraction: using robots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated means to extract data from the portal in a massive or systematic way, beyond normal use of the platform.
• •Database reproduction: copying, reproducing, redistributing or commercializing the Inddex database, in whole or in substantial part.
• •Service interference: carrying out denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, injecting malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities or compromising the security of the platform.
• •Use for unlawful purposes: using the data obtained for fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, sending unsolicited communications or any activity contrary to Brazilian law.
• •Circumvention of controls: bypassing authentication mechanisms, rate limiting, CAPTCHA or any access control in place.
• •Use of false identity: creating accounts with fictitious data or using the identity of third parties.

7. Credits and Payments

• a)Premium features are accessed by purchasing credit packages.
• b)Purchased credits do not expire while the account is active. Promotional, bonus or courtesy credits have their validity stated at the time they are granted and in the account statement.
• c)Once consumed, a credit is non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical failure in the provision of the service.
• d)Prices are expressed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and may change at any time, with no retroactive effect on credits already purchased.
• e)Payment processing is carried out by third-party operators (payment gateways). Inddex does not store credit card data.

8. Intellectual Property

• a)The "Inddex" brand, the layout, the design, the source code and the other visual and functional elements of the platform are the exclusive property of INDDEX SISTEMAS DE GESTÃO INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), protected by the Brazilian Copyright Act (Lei nº 9.610/98) and the Brazilian Industrial Property Act (Lei nº 9.279/96).
• b)The company registration data displayed is in the public domain (RFB). The organization, structuring and presentation of this data by Inddex constitute a protected intellectual work.
• c)Reproduction, in whole or in part, of the platform or its proprietary content without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• a)Inddex is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet specific user requirements.
• b)The data displayed reflects the latest public dataset made available by the RFB. We are not responsible for outdated, incomplete or incorrect information in the original source.
• c)Inddex is not responsible for commercial, financial, legal or any other decisions made based on the data consulted on the platform.
• d)Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Inddex exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Availability and Maintenance

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to interrupt, suspend or modify the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or any other reason. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled interruptions.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inddex, INDDEX SISTEMAS DE GESTÃO INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), its directors, employees and partners from any claim, damage, loss, cost or expense (including attorney fees) arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of the registered office of INDDEX SISTEMAS DE GESTÃO INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.) are elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
